The Hoop Dance is a magical story of the creation of life, and is one of the most difficult and advanced dance styles. Alex Wells is a three-time World Champion Hoop Dancer and an outstanding teacher of traditional values. He gives the performance of a lifetime displaying the art of the hoop dance using up to 22 hoops.

Alex Wells is a member of the Lil’wat Nation from Mount Currie BC. He enjoys travelling and performing with his daughters. They have presented to school groups of all ages dancing and educating through dance and music, combined with oral traditions. They have also done workshops with schools teaching dancing techniques and outfit design. The presentations are designed to promote culture and personal awareness.
