As a charitable non-profit organization, New Works depends on the generous support of the community to carry out our mandate of developing communities through art engagement. We offer innovative performances, educational workshops and a valuable mentoring and support program for Vancouver dance companies.

more...New Works regularly engages volunteers to work with us at our presentations. Performance day duties include informing the public by selling tickets, processing memberships, ushering, and handing out flyers. We also need volunteers to help us with administrative tasks such as mail-outs and data entry.
We don't require a minimum number of hours per month, but we do ask that you volunteer often enough that we remember who you are!
Not only do you have the opportunity to raise awareness and engage in the arts but all volunteers receive free admission to the New Works performances that they are assisting.

Benefits of Membership
All Members receive benefits and exclusive access to New Works' programs.
- Free admission to one ticketed Dance Allsorts performance
- New Works News, our informative monthly e-newsletter
- Dance Card for discounts to other Vancouver event offers such as the Cultch, Chutzpah!, and the Dance Centre.
- Vote at the Annual General Meeting
A charitable tax receipt will be issued for all donations of $11 or over.
Levels of Membership
- $10 Basic Membership - includes all the above
- $11 - $49 Friends of New Works - includes all the above, plus a tax receipt and invite to Dance Allsorts season launch party
- $50 - $99 Patron - all the above plus another free admission to one ticketed Dance Allsorts for a guest, and acknowledgement in our programs, newsletters and on our website
- $100 + Producer's Circle - all the above mentioned and a season pass to ALL Dance Allsorts performances, and invitations to ALL our special events
