Project Goals: Over the course of the season the XR Program Coordinator will have the opportunity to hone their skills as a program designer, gain confidence overseeing a team, and develop expertise negotiating and stewarding valuable partner relationships. "Program development will include identifying and implementing community support, artist support and educational and skill building opportunities. In addition, an essential part of this role is planting seeds, building relationships and researching resources to continue building the program into our next season."
