New Works is seeking members of the Vancouver Dance Community to participate in our Presentation Advisory Committee. We are looking for three (3) – five (5) Dance Artists who are connected to Vancouver to review applications and make recommendations for New Works 2022-23 Season that align with New Works Vision and Mandate (please see below for more information).

Term: Presentation Advisory Committee Members will participate in a short term trial period starting no earlier than January 3, 2022 and finishing no later than May 31, 2022. This position may be renewed. Committees are put together as a whole to reflect the diversity of our community and its unique creative practices. Representation within the committee of different types of dance, methods of creation, skill sets, and life experiences influence advisory committee selection.
The Presentation Advisory Committee Members will work closely with the Presentations Coordinator, Beverly Walker, the Executive Director, Julie Mamias, Share Dance Coordinator Frankie McGee and Vidya Kotamraju, New Works Board Director.
