I'd like others to know that New Works works hard to help provide and create opportunities for artists in the community to help develop their work and to grow their artistic careers. They're passionate about bringing art to the greater community and engaging new audiences.

I think New Works is such a cool organization offering so much support and resources to independent dance artists. As emerging dance artist and choreographers, Mia and I have used New Works resources like the Help Desk for feedback on applications, budgeting, advice, all of which was kindly donated time from New Works staff.

I’d like others to know that New Works provides opportunities based on merit, skill, and artistic diversity, not fame or recognition. It’s a truly inclusive platform that welcomes artists from all backgrounds and stages of their careers, offering space to grow, share, and connect through their art

New Works is a strong advocate and supporter of emerging dance artists from all cultural backgrounds. They provide ongoing opportunities for development through various programs and have continued to reach out to me year after year which has allowed me as a dance artist to push off to other performing opportunities because their support shows other presenters and partners that I have valuable work that must be shared.

The New Works' team are committed, generous, and passionate individuals who want the best for you and the arts. The cohort program created and connected me to other trusting and caring artists. There was an endless abundance of learning and sharing knowledge/experience. I felt heard, seen, and safe during my time with them.
